Monday 4th November: Prayer Meeting 9.30

Wednesday 6th November: 10.15 with coffee for 10.30 start: Bible Study St John’s Gospel 

Thursday 7th November: Blood Donors

Friday 8th November: 9.30am Parent and Toddlers

Sunday 10th November:  Remembrance Sunday led by Rev Anna Flindell. The service will include dedication of shoe boxes, gifts that will go to Eastern Europe this year.

Monday 11th November: 9.30am Prayer Group

Thursday 14th November: 7.30pm Stewards meeting

Friday 15th November: 9.30am Parent and Toddlers

Sunday 17th November: Worship and Communion led by Revd. Mike Parsons

1.45pm. Fellowship walk around Avishayes, near Chard. Park on A30 lay-by N. side.

Monday 18th November: 9.30am Prayer Meeting

Wednesday 20th November: 10.15am for 10.30 start, Bible Study.

Friday 22nd November: 9.30am Parent and Toddlers ;                                                                                                               2.30pm ‘Prime Time’ at the Henhayes Centre.

Sunday 24th November: Worship led by Elizabeth Beatty   Coffee after worship by Norah Rayner for MAF

6.00pm Contemporary worship. Baptist Church, North.St.

Wednesday 27th November: 10.15am for 10.30 start, Bible Study.

 

Contemporary  worship service

A worship service featuring modern songs and music is taking place on the last Sunday of each month. Time: from 6.00pm to about 7.00pm, Venue: either North St. Baptist Church or St. Bart’s. Check with John Stuffins Tel. 74336

Currently we welcome the National Blood Donor Service , a Ballet Class, a Line Dancing Group, a Folk Dance group and Pilates Keep Fit, to our premises.

HAVE YOU THOUGHT ABOUT BECOMING A CHURCH MEMBER ?                                  Our minister, Philip Wagstaff, is wanting to meet ,on an informal basis, anyone who might be considering becoming a member of The Methodist Church . Perhaps that’s ‘where you are ‘ . You’ve wondered what ‘membership’ is all about , but didn’t know how to take the idea any further . Philip is planning a ‘Conversational’ opportunity as a starting point . If you are interested , please get in touch with Philip or , if easier , have a word with one of the church stewards.
